Before you apply, order your free credit report and scores for free from www.freetriplecreditscore.com/ and enter the score into your application . If you credit score is below 580, we ask that you improve your credit and apply at a later date. If your family combined income is below $30,000 we ask that you do not submit an application, until your income increases.

In order to qualify for HUD Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance of up to $14,500, you need to complete the secure Homebuyer Application, once you have completed the Application, your next step will be to complete HomeBuyer Education, which is a requirement. We have partnered with MGIC for the no cost education course, this will only take a few minutes of your time. You will be taken directly to the Education Testing page after submitting your Application for Downpayment Assistance, all of our systems are online for your convenience. If you saw a Down Payment Assistance Sign or have an MLS Flyer:Enter the MLS number, or the property address, or the ZIP code or the home builder name of the property in the Enter Property Details box below. The system will do a search and when it identifies the home, click on that home and it will send you directly to the Homebuyer Application page.
