American Housing, the nation’s largest source of available programs, can assist Lenders increase loan originations.
How does the program work for participating Lenders?
American Housing provides Lenders with the tools to increase their market share. We provide Lenders with access and training to the down payment and monthly payment assistance programs in the Lenders state. We also provide The MLS Sign Rider and Flyer Program that directs home buyers exclusively to the Lender. When a homebuyer fills out an application with the MLS number of the property, it is routed exclusively to the Lenders pass code protected account and the lender contacts the homebuyer.
